This thesis is a feminist discourse analysis of Sweden’s Feminist Foreign Policy. This thesis seeks
to look into how the international relations (IR) feminist theory characteristics are translated into
feminist foreign policy objectives and practice. The aim of this thesis is to study Sweden’s feminist
foreign policy compliance with the properties identified by IR feminist perspectives on security.
